Refund, Office Visit & Other Policies (Summary)

Refund Policy: Payments for virtual address bookings are collected in advance. Refunds for rejected documentation (e.g., by government departments) will be issued upon presentation of the rejection email, within a refund window of 25 days from payment.

Office Visit Policy: Offices by MAV aggregates professional coworking and business centre spaces. Visits are allowed during business hours (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM) subject to scheduling and confirmation by our sales team. Photos and descriptions on the site are verified by us to help you make informed decisions.
